What you will do:

As the Vice President ofCustomer Strategy, you willplay a key role in the growth and success of NRC Health. You willbe responsible forholdingyour teamaccountable to aprogressive andevolvingapproach togrowingour current customer base,engaging our customersat the executivelevel,and driving theGrowth Teamculture across NRC Health.You willcontinually drive newbusinessbyworking withthe team toidentifystrategies, cultivate key contacts, position our business, and developrobustaccountplansthat grow our reoccurring contracts.You willalsoimplementKPIsin order tomeasure,monitorand improveindividualperformance.You will be accountable to specificbusinessobjectivessuchas growth and retentionas well as ensuri ng customers see the value of partnering with NRC Health.In this role,you willbe responsible forimplementing NRC Healths strategic vision and will work collaboratively across the functional areas of NRC Health to ensure customersare representedthrough everyfacetof theevolution of our Voiceof Customer platform. Additionally, you willbe responsible forselectingexperienced leaders anddevelopingtop performers for each rolewithintheGrowthTeam. You will follow the established processes for growth and retention within your team that is consistent amongst all Growth Teams, to ensure common processes and customer experiences.

What you need
  • Bachelors degree
  • 7-10 years previous leadership experience in a business development and/or customer success environment
  • Ability to travel up to50% of the time and fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless eligible for an accommodation
  • Prior experience in healthcare required
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated interest in and proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Experience building and facilitating relationships with C-level executives
