Small team specialising in the transport of Chemicals - You will be tasked with dealing with the customs formalities on both import and exports Client Details My company is a natural market leader in the transportation of bulk liquid chemicals and gases this is done through a small specialist lead team specialising within the heart of Huddersfield who provide these solutions through diverse methods - internationally. Description The Transport Administrator will have the following responsibilities; Ensure Customs formalities are complete and managed for both Imports and Exports Liasing with Internal and External teams specifically with planning, shipping and customer services teams. Point of contact for customers Booking deliveries using inhouse system (Loading and delivery points) Process any queries/disputes that arise General administrator duties Profile The Ideal Transport Administrator will have the following skills and attributes; Self Starter - Does not require micro management (Takes initiative) Team Player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbally. IT Skills in the Microsoft Package Attentive to detail Adaptable - able to learn new skills. Previous Shipping/Transport/Import/Export Admin experience (Preferred) Preferences: Educated to degree or equivalent level. (Preferred) Knowledge of Customs (Preferred) Knowledge of hazardous goods transportation (Preferred)Job Offer What do you receive?
