Due to the continued growth of the business we are now looking to strengthen our sales/business development teams and recruit a trainee Sales Recruiter, to be mentored, trained and developed to eventually open up new business sales opportunities for the commercial and industrial/technical recruitment teams.

The Job You'll Do;

  • Initially you will work closely with the team, to shadow their activities, to learn from the best in the industry. They will provide you with the tools and techniques to become a highly effective sales professional. The duties below will be your transition into becoming a Sales Consultant for the business.
  • Working with the internal recruitment teams on identifying new commercial opportunities and clients.
  • Able to focus and concentrate on making high quality sales calls.
  • Focus on new business sales activities.
  • Conduct extensive marketing research to target existing and new sectors.
  • Ensure high level and consistent business development activities are completed daily.
  • Attend sales meetings to deliver company presentations.
  • Complete daily and weekly management reports.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to support the growth of the business.
  • Develop your client base across a variety of vertical markets.

About You;

  • You will have some form of work experience, preferably in a customer service or sales type role. This could be from any sector - retail, hospitality, travel, leisure, contact centre etc.
  • You will have a genuine desire to work in a sales role. You must be motivated by achievement, winning, developing yourself, and long-term success. These must be your driving motivators.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent listening skills.
