The CAAS team provides clients with CFO and controller services, financial statement preparation and advisory services, technology solution deployment, accounts payable and accounts receivable service, reconciliations (e.g. Bank, Credit Card, and sales tax filing and management.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Serves as the primary contact and leads the implementation process for new client(s)
  • Facilitates and owns the setup of 3rd party applications (e.g. ERP, AP Workflow, reconciliation tools) that the firm and the client will use to collaborate for CAAS services
  • Delivers training for new clients and staff and helps reinforce the importance of client compliance with processing and exceeding client expectations
  • Responsible for processing work and advising via telephone, video conference and live with clients
  • Must remain current and fully developed in the use of CAAS accounting and 3rd party applications and for providing supportive ongoing training and development to the CAAS team
  • Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with senior client management and peer client levels
  • Plans, organizes and controls multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve the goals and objectives of the CAAS practice
  • Drives process improvement within the CAAS practice to look for ways to deliver better customer service to clients and leverages commercial and market knowledge to anticipate client needs for new/additional services
  • Identifies cross-selling opportunities and refers them to the appropriate team member
  • Development of functional specialization and/or industry expertise
  • Actively pursues self-development opportunities in line with the competency model
  • Manage new and existing projects within the overall company portfolio
  • Virtually manage every aspect of the implementation process and will work cross-functionally with the team, lines of business, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure projects are effectively executed and teams are kept focused, energized and on track to meet the objectives of the strategic initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience
  • Accounting software Implementation experience
  • Strong technology skills using Cloud based accounting software
    • Having at least three years of software implementation experience
  • Experience advising client(s) on trends from financial and operational data and/or KPIs for the clients business
  • Technical knowledge and a developing area of expertise in Sage Intacct, QBO, and other Accounting related software tools
Education
  • Bachelors degree and current and relevant hands-on technical experience
