As a Support Worker with Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) would you like to join a friendly team providing high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have mental health needs within our Residential Services?
About the role: Throughout a typical day, you'll support our Service Users with everyday tasks from washing and dressing to accessing the community for a specific activity - no single day will be the same!
In addition to supporting our Service Users, as a Senior Support worker you will help review and update care plans, ensuring the support provided is always person-centred

We are looking for people:
Experience of any health, social care or related professions would be beneficial but not necessary as training is provided.
Have good communication skills, be positive and patient!
Create solutions to overcome challenges and have a can-do attitude.
A full driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.
