The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the operation and staff to ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in all Food & Beverage outlets to meet and exceed the guests' experiences.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

  • Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations.
  • Assist in operations ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality and service level.
  • Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Maintain service standards.
  • Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc.
  • Ensuring all opening, closing and running side work is completed on a daily basis.
  • Acting as a liaison between kitchen, banquets and front of house employees and operations.
  • Working quickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guest issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager(s).
  • Communicating effectively, giving direction, support, timely feedback and recognition of performance.
