Exciting new job opportunity available to join a leading international law firm with an office based in Manchester Centre as a Reward Adviser on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The HR team in spread across a number of offices including London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices and supports the firm's non-UK offices remotely. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward & Wellbeing, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and the CSR & Diversity team. You can expect a varied, fast paced and diverse role within a collegiate, dynamic and friendly team.
Your new job
In your new job as Reward Adviser you will sit within the Reward & Wellbeing Team and work closely with the Benefit Manager in ensuring the effective deliver of their extensive benefits offering. You will also work closely with the Head of Operations on the Wellbeing strategy and help deliver a structured, inclusive wellbeing programme across the firm. Other responsibilities will include resolving ad-hoc benefit related queries, deal directly with supplies, responsibility of the submission of salary and bonus data, annual salary bench marking and support on the wellbeing agenda. You can expect to join a close knit, supportive and welcoming team whilst working cohesively with the wider HR team.
