Registered Care Home Manager - QEH Full Time 37.5 hours per week Salary - £39,000-£45,000 Per Annum + Excellent Benefits Location South Buckinghamshire, near M25 Be part of something extraordinary at Epilepsy Society. We are seeking a values driven Registered Manager to join a charity that provides world leading support for people with epilepsy through Care, Research and Advocacy. Queen Elizabeth House is a service for twenty people that is rated Good in all domains by CQC. Although we are Epilepsy Society, we also support people with learning and physical disabilities autism and medical conditions that can limit their daily lives. Your knowledge and experience as a Senior Registered Nurse will fully support the team of nurses and support workers that live and work here. Our goal is for people to lead a life that is truly their own where you will play a key role for people to live out their aspirations and dreams. As the Registered Manager you will be supported by a strong care and medical team who work collaboratively to provide exceptional support and ensure that the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. As a senior manager you will ensure that the service is CQC compliant, that support is delivered to a high standard and performance is in line with regulatory, quality standards. Through your enthusiasm and passion, you will maintain excellent relationships with all our stakeholders and lead people to live the best life possible that are affected by epilepsy. You will participate in an on-call system as a senior point of call on rotation. This role would suit someone who is a Senior Registered Nurse who wants to further broaden their established management and leadership experience.
