REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
Must have a minimum of three years progressive job experience of the job duties/skills specified below within the wireless telecommunications industry.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the process for wireless site construction professionals through prior experience.
Must reside, or be willing to relocate, within the Kent, WA market.
The Regional Quality Compliance Officer will be analytical and creative, always coming up with new ways to satisfy needs and encourage workers. They will help design and enforce quality controls in order to maintain company standards. They also help communicate expectations to employees and provide coaching and corrective action when needed. Quality assurance managers must be excellent communicators with a strong desire to help others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System following industry best practices and conforming to an ISO9001 standard. Provide management oversight and audits of subcontractors and suppliers to determine compliance with appropriate standards, regulations, and best practices.
Assist in the develop and implementation of a problem reporting and waiver system tailored to the needs of the customer/project.
Work with construction management and project management professionals to develop and implement independent certified inspection procedures for tower/civil construction crews. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier QA and manufacturing plans during selection processes.
Implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for recurring field processes.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicates quality standards and parameters t0 market leadership teams, and other appropriate staff.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure standards are met.

Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
Review processes to ensure they align with current trends.

Associate degree (A. A.), or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, or higher; or 3 years of progressive job experience in the above job duties/skills specifically related to quality; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have acceptable driving record and valid driver license.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
