The Role Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Regional Customer & Community Manager to join our team and support the South Region of our business. As this is a Southern Regional role, areas to cover will include: South Coast, Surrey, South London, Hertfordshire, Stratford upon Avon and Rushden. Therefore you could be based near any of these branches/locations. Travel is to be expected on business need however Fortem encourages/supports a flexible working pattern. The Project As the Customer & Community Manager you will embed Fortem deep within the local communities, undertaking activities aligned to the Client's agenda to ensure we 'lock in' the Client, and leave a legacy within the communities in which we work. You will manage all elements of the Social Value Strategy for your branches, working with the branch management team to drive the successful delivery of Community Action Plans and empowering and supporting the branch teams to exceed their community targets.
