Recruiter (Part-Time)

Rogers Machinery Company is a leading manufacturer of industrial air compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, and air systems. We are seeking a part-time recruiter to be a part of our Human Resources team to aid in the organization, search, interviewing, and hiring of candidates. The recruiter would be in charge of recruiting for nationwide hiring including positions ranging from field service technicians to sales to accounting. This position is part-time and in-person for the time being. It is important for our recruiter to be a part of the Rogers community and understand our machinery to aid in recruiting for certain positions.

Responsibilities:

Post and review jobs from hiring managers onto Indeed and our HRIS, Paycom

Investigate areas of improvement for current job postings

Communicate between interdisciplinary teams to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and interviewing needs

Reviewing and rating resumes based off of job description and fit

Aid branch managers in making decisions for interviewing and hiring

Interview potential candidates, via phone, Teams, or in-person searching for ability, cohesiveness, and drive

Following up with branch managers about candidates and job postings

Answer candidates question about Rogers Machinery

Understand the legal aspects of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring

Monitor and/or report budget for recruiting

Find creative ways to bring in new candidates

Have a basic understanding of the mechanical aspect of our machinery

Assist in various other Human Resource projects

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent

1+ years of Indeed Hiring experience

1+ years of experience in recruiting

Experience interviewing candidates

Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred

Experience using Paycom and LinkedIn Recruiting

Experience in machinery, be it a hobby or workplace

Experience managing entire recruiting process including interdisciplinary teams

Knowledge of legal recruiting aspects

Experience with executive search "headhunting"

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
