We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger clerk for our client based in Kings hill Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Up to £24k per annum Job Duties Ensure that amounts due to suppliers are recorded promptly and accurately on the purchase ledger: Registering of purchase invoices in Sage using a unique identifier Liaison with the Procurement team in respect of items awaiting authorisation and payment Reviewing invoices due for payment and creating BACS payment run for approval to ensure payments made before their due dates but also ensuring our cash flow is considered Entering other payments into Bankline accurately for authorisation within the Finance team Maintain and administer the Purchases inbox to ensure open and completed matters are easily identifiable.
