Reporting directly into our Property Operations director, and working alongside the senior management team, we are looking for an accomplished change management professional to deliver key business and customer improvement changes across the directorate. Following several related reviews and consultation, we have a clear direction and plans for improvement across our scope of operations. Using the evidence from these reviews, you will initially develop a business case for our exec team to secure funding to progress some of this change. This will then be implemented across the Property Operations business to improve service delivery. You will be working on service delivery across areas such as Property Management, Estate Services and Property Repairs. You will manage projects from a budgetary perspective and take responsibility for measuring impact and reporting on key implementation stages. Key to this role will be inter-personal relationships across stakeholder teams. You will be part of the Property Operations senior leadership team and be effective at developing and delivering change and influencing across the business at all levels. You will be a change specialist and have demonstrable experience of landing large scale projects, including bids for substantial investment. You will be able to deliver projects on time, and within budget. What will help you make a difference • Degree in relatable subject building, compliance, housing, or equivalent experience in a relatable field • Project management qualification or equivalent experience in delivering large, complex projects • Knowledge and demonstrable experience of programme and project management techniques and tools • Proven experience in strategic planning within a technical or property/estate environment • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment • Proven experience in risk management within projects • Proven experience in change management • Proven experience of benefits realisation • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring peers and senior managers to improve programme\project delivery.
