Processing Officer. Our well established financial services client based in Northwich are currently looking for someone with good customer service to join their team on a permanent basis and become a Processing Officer. If you have an interest in financial services then then this could be the role for you, so do read on What does the role entail? As a Processing officer you will be required to deal with telephone enquiries, processing various documentation, dealing with customer files and accounts as well as performing all aspects of ongoing account maintenance. You will need to provide support to the rest of the team, helping to ensure that all areas of work are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner. What skills will you have? To become a Processing Officer you must have previous customer service experience, as well as ideally being degree educated. Having a keen eye for detail, working to strict deadlines and the ability to work under your own initiative is also required. You must be able to work and communicate effectively with other areas of the bank and have good problem solving skills. What is on offer?
