-Join two board-certified Primary Care physicians, three Advanced Practitioners supported by a team of medical and administrative staff
-Full or part-time employed position
-Full scope of patient ages with a variety of prophylactic, chronic and acute care needs
-Outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
-Established Hospitalist program and after-hours call center
-EPIC EMR
