We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator/PA to join a growing software business in Newcastle. In this role, you will support the CEO, and members of the Executive team in a positive and proactive fashion, Demonstrating a high level of initiative and confidentiality across a broad range of Office administration duties, with a physical presence in the office. Key Responsibilities and duties: Actively manage diaries of the Executive team to utilise time effectively Email triage and respond on behalf of CEO and CTO Liaise with Executive team and wider team on behalf of CTO and CEO Track action items and key issue to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability Prepare presentations and documents for client meetings Attend key client meetings where required and take minutes and actions to be noted in the client handbooks Create and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Assist with special assignments/projects, as required Administrate public events and coordinate speaker/guests Assist with training administration cover where required Book travel including hotels and prepare itineraries for the team Research and preparation of industry articles for external audiences Manage the health and safety compliance requirements of the office Manage the assets of the office/remote workers The person: Minimum 3 years of experience Experience of a fast paced and rapid-growth business Strong attention to detail Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective relationships Excellent communication skills Experience of managing tasks through Asana or equivalent task management would be an advantage
