We are hiring an individual who performs a variety of administrative duties to support staff in Clinic, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. If you enjoy partnering with people and are excited about the opportunity to make a difference every day, then this might be for you!
What You Will Do:
Acts as a receptionist to residents entering clinic and assists with inquiries.
Prepares monthly staffing and schedules for CNAs and nurses.
Processes time cards, payroll, and benefits requests.
Completes daily timecard audits and tracks sick calls, time off requests, and all registry use for the Lodge, Gardens, and clinic.
Prepares bi-monthly Registry Utilization Report for three departments and distributes them to the Administrator.
Provides support including filing, handling mail, screening calls, scheduling appointments, pulling charts, directing residents to physician appointments, as needed and coordinating transportation for residents.
Orders, maintains and controls supplies, inventories, and ancillary charges for the Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC) areas.
Codes all invoices. Assures monthly resident charges are captured on time and submitted to the Business Office.
Calls in medication refills after authorization by physician or nurses.
Opens Medical Records files for new residents, tracking type of contract and exclusions. Coordinates the admission/discharge process, communicating pertinent information to the appropriate departments.
Maintains daily census, admissions, and discharges of IL, AL and MC and issues notice of changes in resident location from IL, AL, MC, or Health Center.
Maintains logs for IL, AL and MC, including but not limited to, incidents, tray service, and number and type of visit to clinic.
Assists in Resident Service Plan updates and maintenance of records by entering updates into the computer.
Informs the Nurse on Duty of any change in residents health, wellness status, or other related matters as reported by staff and family.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinic Services and the Director of Assisted Living/Memory Care.
