Logistics and Events administrator - English and French language skills - Salary £25,000 - £35,000 A wonderful opportunity for an experienced administrator with fluent English and French language skills to join this expanding remote based sales team working for this Global Technology company with headquarters in Finchley Central, London. German language skills are desirable. The organisation provides solutions within the Healthcare and Clinical Industries. Hybrid working is available, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some strong administrative experience ideally gained within a sales or marketing environment, as you will be responsible for logistic coordination and organising events. Excellent spoken and written English and French language skills are essential, ideally at fluency level. You will need to be proactive, keen to learn and well organised with a keen eye for detail. Benefits include: 25 days holiday, private pension, healthcare and life insurance, discretionary bonus and contribution to gym membership Reporting into a member of the global leadership team, your responsibilities are varied and include: • Logistics administration following up with Customs and Shipment for VAT and import validation • Ensuring delivery of shipments, liaising with field service engineers or and clinical application professionals • Assisting with managing end to end logistics for all EU shipments • Travel booking for customer site visits • Assisting in Tender application processes • Preparing customers quarterly information letters • Assisting with translation documentsAssisting with 3 or 4 overseas events per year, including venue finding, ordering the catering and managing the participants. • Booking, importing and returning any equipment or accessories • Choosing, ordering and invoicing client gifts IDA Recruitment Ltd specialises in office support recruitment across London.
