L&D Lead Cambridge (hybrid working 1-2 days a week at the office) Salary negotiable6 month FTC This is a great opportunity to use your established L&D skills within a complex international matrix business based in Cambridge. Employing over 7,000 people worldwide, this is a truly global role. Reporting to the Head of L&D, this role forms part of a wider L&D team. Your role will focus on leading a strategy for coaching and mentoring with a working knowledge of different leadership models. You will input into the leadership strategy and create implementation plans which you will lead on being a subject matter expert in leadership development, coaching and mentoring. Coaching will be a part of your DNA and you will design and implement a coaching and mentoring strategy globally. You will have an awareness of EDBI and any experience of developing training in this area would be an advantage. Managing multiple stakeholders in a complex business model within an international setting would also be an advantage. About you?
You will have sound knowledge of learning principles, practices and thought leadership with experience in design, delivery and evaluation of impactful solutions. Qualification in coaching and mentoring and proven experience of implementing this in an organisation. Experience of developing and implementing management and leadership capability in an organisation.
