HR Coordinator

In this role, you will work within a team of HR Advisors, Coordinators and Administrators collaboratively to ensure all queries are actioned correctly and efficiently, ensuring your customers experience a professional service when dealing with the HR team.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to Level 1 and 2 queries in line with policies and best practice
Communicating with stakeholders and employees across the organisations
Provide advice to HR Administrators and HR Apprentices
Support managers with reliable HR Advice
Work in partnership with HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

A strong awareness of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice
Completion of CIPD Level 3, studying towards CIPD Level 5 (study support available)
A confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
A solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
A passion to develop within the HR career path

We offer great training and support, including CIPD and career progression. You will be required to work in the office environment 3 days per week
