We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our developing HR Team.
Created by Tenants for Tenants, Scottish Borders Housing Association enhances lives and communities across the Scottish Borders.
HR Business Partner - The Role:
You will have a critical role in harnessing a culture of individual and team responsibility and success.
As a key member of our Human Resources Team the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support our Head of People to align our organisation's people strategy with our business strategy.
Working as a people champion, a change agent and a partner for the business, you will be part of developing and establishing a business partnering approach to the HR team.
Together with line managers, you will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results and help our organisation become future-ready.
Your day to day will include coordinating all people management processes and coaching and mentoring line managers to deal with organisational, people, and change-related issues.
You will be part of a team that is interested in your wellbeing and development, and work in an environment where you can flourish.
HR Business Partner - The Candidate:
You will have a working knowledge of employment law and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance.
You will be committed to collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies, providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, and implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.
