As we accelerate our mission to connect friends and family throughout the world by providing a reliable financial connection, we are looking for a world class product leader to join our team to lead our Consumer Digital Product Experience globally. This leader will bring bold thinking, a deep passion for solving customer problems, an exceptional ability to accelerate velocity, and drive industry leading FinTech innovation.

What you'll bring

Seasoned product management leader with 10+ years experience building and leading high-performing product teams
Experienced as a senior leader of distributed teams with sustained high levels of employee engagement
Demonstrated domain/industry though leadership in Fintech.
Customer first mindset; extensive experience bringing to market customer facing product offerings; thinks and leads end to end
Extensive experience managing vendor/partners to deliver against service level agreement target measurements
Deep understanding of data capabilities, including how to use data to dramatically improve a customer experience
Experience taking product innovation from 0 to 1 and scaling offerings that have achieved product market fit
Experience working well through ambiguity, having confidence to make tough calls and lead through adversity with focus on the eventual right outcomes
Track record of delivering measurable, industry-leading growth, across both short and long term results
Entrepreneurial; innovative; willing and able to challenge the status quo; a reasoned risk taker who makes data driven decisions
Strong executive leadership - excellent communication skills, collaborative, empowers others, understands facilitative leadership and change management
Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science or a related technical discipline required; advanced degree strongly preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

How you will lead

Develop and evangelize the vision and strategy to grow MoneyGram Online products and solutions
Be the product expert and strategist who translates customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence and MoneyGram intellectual property into new deliverables
Contribute to material growth of the business by identifying the biggest untapped opportunities
Deliver against 1 year and 3 year growth objectives by building and mentoring a team of high performing product managers and foster an environment of innovation and collaboration.
Implement metrics to help continually optimize and improve product adoption
Be the voice of the customer and foster an environment where we deeply understand our customers problems and challenges; obsess about making our products intuitive and our customers efficient and productive
Develop breakthrough innovations based on the unique assets MoneyGram provides, and identify game changing partnerships to accelerate realization of those opportunities
Connect and collaborate with product, UX, marketing, engineering teams, and strategic partners to drive decision making and execution
Lead cross functional alignment across risk, compliance, legal, partnerships and finance
Collaborate with marketing to build a strong brand for MoneyGram as a Service and to develop game changing business models that rapidly accelerate adoption
