COMPANY A innovative Fit Out Contractor who work across both Prime Residential and Commercial sectors are on the market seeking a Head of Construction to support the business growth. They create bespoke and unique residential interiors bringing clients visions to life and they develop beautiful work spaces that inspire creativity. They are seeking a Head of construction to lead the operational side of the business overseeing multiple projects concurrently, providing leadership, organisation and development of site teams. They work specifically in the high end residential and commercial office fit out, therefore relevant experience is required ROLE Our client are becoming increasingly busy and are looking for a Head of Construction to lead and inspire the construction team ensuring they provide a quality product efficiently and professionally within the given timescales. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Providing leadership and support to project teams across multiple projects concurrently General management including setting budgets, minimising risk and maximising opportunity, meeting relevant targets to develop the business Managing processes and ensuring best practices are followed and costs are controlled Oversee programming planning and delivery of projects from inception to completion Ensure projects are delivered to client's expectations Conduct site visits Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure costs are being controlled and in budget Oversee recruitment , recruiting the right calibre of staff Performance management People development Ensure HSEQ standards are adhered to Monitor and review quality to ensure the highest standards are achieved CANDIDATE The ideal candidates will be a Construction Lead with a fit out Contractor who has a proven track record in the Fit Out Industry ideally with the following skills and experience:- Experience in both High End residential and Commercial Fit out Experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently Successful stable track record leading teams and resolving complex issues Proven Negotiation skills Excellent Presentation skills Ability to create and lead skilled teams Capable of supporting Referral Type Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
