Global Campaign Manager - London (Hybrid) - Permanent Position: Global Campaign Manager Location: London (Hybrid working) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Salary/Benefits: Up to £50,000 Role Details - Global Campaign Manager We are currently looking for an experienced Global Campaign Manager to join a reputable company based in London on a permanent basis. The Global Campaign Manager will have a global remit and sit across two of the Group's brands, Robert Walters and Walters People. The Global Campaign Manager will be a key member of the marketing team and will be a driving force behind delivering our marketing strategy, from planning through to execution and ROI analysis. Key responsibilities of the Global Campaign Manager Plan, co-ordinate, implement and oversee a 12-month calendar of global digital and integrated marketing campaigns based around key pieces of content such as e guides, whitepapers, salary surveys and other lead generation campaigns. Responsible for the production of global content utilising external data agencies, copywriters and spokespeople, examples would be a detailed research paper on 'how to act like a start up to win the war on talent' or an 'analysis of the worlds leading financial services cities. Whilst copywriters can be used the Marketing Campaign Manager must be an accomplished writer and be comfortable sub editing and proofreading copy for campaign materials. With the help of supporting team members across (social media, PR, events, design and digital) the Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that can be used globally and amended locally to launch new content which generates candidate and client leads. The Marketing Campaign Manager needs to be well versed in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social, sponsorships and advertising. Ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives, through monitoring, assessing and measuring the ROI of activity. Work closely with senior business stakeholders to shape the campaign schedule and manage content and campaign direction. Key skills required of the Global Campaign Manager Proven experience in Campaign management Excellent written and communication skills Project management skills and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
