I'm recruiting for an experienced FREIGHT OPERATIONS CLERK to join a global freight forwarder based within the Egham area.

Duties would include:

  • Handling air import/ export operations
  • Taking bookings
  • Tracking shipments
  • Completing various customs entries (CFSP, IPR & HMRC)
  • Quoting customers
  • Building relationship with clients
  • Liaising with customers and overseas agents
  • Handling customer queries
  • Handling perishables and general freight
  • General admin/ customer service

Skills needed:

  • 3years + experience within the freight industry
  • Air freight import/export experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proactive
  • Self-motivated

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 (3days in the office/ 2 days working from home)
