Strategic is looking for Financial Consultants to join our family of highly motivated, fun-loving individuals who care for one another and for our clients, and want to make as much money as possible.
As a Financial Consultant, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and consult with them in their quest for financial freedom. Absolutely no cold calling! Receive and work warm leads from interested and responsive clients
Maintain your pipeline and self-schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
Meet specified daily metrics and monthly targets
Empathize with clients to understand their financial situation and identify the option that is most appropriate for them and their families
Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
3 days-a-week in office requirement. Your choice of the 3 days in office between Mon - Thurs
Friday is work from home
Experience using CRM platforms and the ability to navigate between several systems simultaneously
A hunger for success, positive attitude and desire to learn
Strong active listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience is a plus
Willing to work evenings (maximizes your earning potential)
Bachelors or Associates Degree
The Fun Stuff:
Ultra-Competitive pay structure: $45,000 plus commissions
