Director Demand Generation Strategy (Global Campaign Team Lead)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global B2B SaaS organization in a Director level Demand Generation team lead role.
The successful candidate will work alongside regional Demand Generation Directors and lead a small team of Senior Campaign Managers in demand generation, awareness, and retention campaigns for a portfolio of their B2B industry customers and prospects.

Experience and skills desired:
- Demonstrable B2B enterprise technology / software industry experience
- Demonstrable senior campaign management experience
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and building a team of Senior Campaign Managers
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills in a global matrix structure
- Ability to demonstrate skills in project managing campaign strategy and delivery
- Coordination with internal global marketing teams, Brand, Content, and subject experts
- Budget management and lead target achievements
- Data analytics and reporting at all levels
