Due to continued growth we are now seeking an additional Customer Service and Sales Support Co-ordinator at our modern and busy Head Office in Camberley where we provide payroll support services to our client base across the UK. Working Mon to Fri hours with some flexibility to work from home once trained, a salary up to £24k plus a generous bonus scheme up to £4k annually and the opportunity to develop your customer service and sales administration support skills and career. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build upon their existing customer service, administration or sales experience gained from an office based role or we will also consider applicants from retail, hospitality, leisure or another customer service based position who can demonstrate strong customer service and some relevant administration skills. The role would suit candidates who have proven telephone or face to face based customer service experience dealing with a variety of business or domestic customers within a professional organization. The position is approx. 70% dealing with incoming enquiries within a busy, friendly and up beat office working alongside your colleagues who are managing the payroll for our contractor and recruitment agency clients. The role would suit candidates who like to talk to customers and who have a down to earth approach, finding it easy to chat over the phone. You will work as part of a team that manage the enquiries from contractors or recruitment agencies enquiring about the services we offer, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided with accurate and timely information. The role is split into the following duties:- 1. Managing Incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Explain how our business and company works Add enquiry on portal Send pay illustration and info pack Add a call log for follow-up Speak to agency/consultant Follow-up to see if pack has been received, etc and whether they will be registering/taking job Explaining how to complete forms at attachments 2. Closing Registrations Speak to agency/consultant ref referrals Re Registrations calling contractors that are starting work again Emailing re registration pack with log in details Speak to agency/consultant Ensure compliance checks are completed and sent to payroll/contracts Customer Care call following first payment ensure payslips received etc. 3. Managing New Recruitment Agencies Sending company details/agreements, etc and follow up agreements and ensure sent to compliance manager Add details to portal for agency/consultants liaise with payroll for office numbers etc Speak to agency/consultant Pitch Preferred suppliers list Speak to agency/consultant Gather information on current setup, procedures, preferred suppliers 4. Managing Referrals Ensure existing contractors are aware of referral scheme Call existing consultants build relationships Call new Consultants within agency to generate leads Call ex contractors who are no longer on our payroll You should have an excellent, professional telephone manner and be a confident user of the PC and be quick to learn.
