We are a B2B provider working with leading companies like Ford Motor Group to distribute car warranties to their customers. We specialise in the Automotive and Insurance Industries.

Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Customer Service Administrator working alongside a busy customer services team based in modern offices close to Ilford station.

You will be handling inbound and outbound (no cold calling) calls for existing customers whose car warranties are up for renewal.

  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers looking for a quote or to take up a quotation into a policy.
  • Dealing with cancellations/amending policy details, entering accurate information and keeping customer records updated - you will be dealing with adhoc queries.
  • Following up email marketing campaigns to customers on a daily basis.
  • Contacting customers regarding payment failures and Direct Debit cancellations
  • Responding to online live chat and emails

In addition you will be handling inbound calls from existing customers within car dealerships, answering questions, amending policy details and actioning general queries


- Positive approach and good communication skills- Handle and respond to customer complaints and requirements- Ability to build rapport with customers- Previous customer services experience- Ability to work in a team and multitask- Attention to detail and quality focused

Core working hours 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
