We are currently looking to appoint an Administrator to work in our busy Group Customer Service Team reporting to the Group Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate for this exciting new role will have a strong background in administration, have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. You will have an outstanding ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, be confident in demanding situations and have the ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines. The role will cover the following: Monitoring our internal customer feedback portal Completing root cause analysis with CSM Producing reports on a regular basis along with adhoc reporting as required Taking calls from customers & dealerships where necessary You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, committed and flexible approach to work whilst possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be someone who can work well under pressure in a very busy environment. This is an excellent Hybrid Work from Home / Work from Office opportunity available for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team who are based in our Head Office in Leicester. Previous experience would be advantageous as would knowledge of FCA regulations regarding consumer credit and insurance but is not necessary as on the job training will be provided. You will work 40 hours between the hours of 8am 6pm Monday to Friday with home working as part of a structured rota.
