We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager for a fantastic Customer Service business based in the Enfield. This role is leading a number of Team Managers who in turn are responsible for managing Customer Service teams within the small Contact centre. We are looking for a Contact centre specialist, an individual who is outgoing, motivational, energetic! Monday to friday office hours. You will also be responsible for: • Leading team managers who are dedicated to providing a world class customer experience - achieve customer satisfaction & compliance standards across the virtual business centres of excellence • Motivating, inspiring and leading your team to ensure our Advisors are hitting targets • Reduce cost to service, increased business profit, and drive a culture of customer experience. • Set and define KPIs for the team to optimise performance and quality of service & customer engagement. • Laying the foundation, setting up tools and process for the team to thrive and deliver results. • Lead change, identify and implement improvements to the customer experience at all levels. You will have: • Experience with Complaints management • Experience with B2B and B2C customers • Experience setting, implementing and monitoring individual and team performance & service targets. • Experience building a successful service team. • Proven ability to lead and drive high performance in their teams
