Paragon Social Care is an independent social care provider, working in partnership with local authority to help support vulnerable children and young people across the UK. We are looking to employ a compliance coordinator to help us with the registration of new support workers. The registration of staff is core to everything we do here at Paragon as without our excellent staff we are nothing. Because we are supporting vulnerable children we are extremely thorough in our registration process to ensure we are only employing the most suitable and experienced candidates. The job role will include sourcing staff, screening, interviewing, gathering documents, referencing, DBS Checking, arranging training, right to work checks etc. We use an online platform for our registrations making it a seamless process. Gone are the days of sending a thousand documents by email in Word format which needed to printed and signed. Our software for onboarding new staff speeds up the registration process tenfold, giving you more time to focus on sourcing new staff. In an ideal world you will have previous experience of doing this type of work, but it's not essential. The most important traits I'm looking for in a person are a great work ethic, confidence, a personality that connects with people and ambition. We are a relatively new company so there is room for career progression here. Please only apply if you live within 15 miles from Hemel Hempstead and have transport to get here 5 days a week.
