The Global Compliance Analyst will aanalyze and reviews basic accounting transactions, data, financial statements and documents to assess

compliance with department policies and procedures, Service Organization Controls, and audit requirements for respective line of business.

Communicates results and significant compliance issues to management.


Works with the Global Operations team to ensure compliance across GWS Account. Analyzes and reviews contracts, data, financial statements and documents to assess compliance with department policies and procedures, Service Organization Controls, and audit requirements for respective line of business.

Abstraction & maintenance of Account Contracts including Contract Library and Document Log.

Coordinate & support audit preparedness including document & data compilation and system inputs.

Coordinate internal quarterly KPI reviews w/ stakeholders.

Maintenance of QBR calendar and process.

Scheduling & coordination of QBR & SET meeting prep.

Coordinate quarterly internal review sessions w/ SL Ops & Finance & ensure customer related follow ups.

Support account risk tracking & related meeting coordination.

Manage Leadership Drives and ensure all files accurate.

Title Management & Maintenance.

Go/CBRE site Governance.

Collaborate with Global PMO on Governance needed for initiatives, change management (i.e. Folder Structure & Salesforce Nomenclature Governance).

Maintenance of Account & Governance Playbook.

Document sharing maintenance, & general inquiry support and xWS communication coordination support.

Policy drafting and filing.

Partner with Marcomms on email alias maintenance.

CBRE Master Org Chart maintenance, i.e. coordinate monthly updates & graphics maintenance.


Performs annual audits/reviews to ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures and Service Organization Controls.
Provides audit/review results and findings to the Compliance Management Team.
Confers with the department to analyze current operational procedures and processes. Identifies and shares issues/problems with Compliance management.
Publishes department documents including policy and procedures documents and forms, and all other requested documents from the various shared service teams.
Assists with Service Organization Control audits by gathering documents and reviewing for completeness prior to delivery to auditors.
May participate in Local Best Practices Team meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields plus a minimum of two years professional level accounting experience using automated accounting systems required.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize accounting data. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. May develop, recommend, and implement improvements in department efficiencies, process, procedure, and/or policy. Resolves escalated questions and problems within the department. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Able to handle multiple projects, deadlines and assignments successfully. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisors.
