Under the direction of the Outpatient Services Division Director, the Clinical Supervisor will maintain the overall daily responsibilities of the operations and clinical services delivered at the Outpatient Clinic- Springfield site. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and paraprofessionals who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions and support services both in community/home and office settings. The Clinical Supervisor will also act as a liaison with community stakeholders and Managed Care Entities and will contribute to developing programmatic policies and procedures as a member of the Outpatient Services Division s administrative team.

Include supervision, program development, hiring, and evaluation of staff performance

implementation of policies and procedures,

facilitation of multidisciplinary staff meetings,

oversight of required documentation,

and direct service to a small caseload.


MSW, MA, or M.Ed in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required.
Must be licensed for one of the following: LMHC, LMFT, LADCI, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
Must have a valid driver s license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records.
Bilingual (English & Spanish), Bicultural, encouraged to apply.
