The Client Support Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract with work on Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
What you ll do all day:
Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
Provide in-person and phone support to MDA End User troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Office products.
Install hardware at End User offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).
Contribute to large scale projects and events.

Minimum requirements for this position:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 2 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience.
Must have 2 years of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
Must be able to move around a large complex facility, perform work under desks, as well as other physical aspects of the position
Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired skills and experience for this position:
Have previous experience in Customer Service, as well as prior experience working in a DoD environment.

This position is expected to pay $30,000 to $47,000 annually, depending on experience, education and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
