Client facing paraplanner

£50,000 to £55,000
Job Type
9 Sep 2022

You can get to a set of crossroads as a paraplanner.

You don't want to advise. At least not yet. But you don't want to stand still either.

So what comes next?

At this practice you'll develop as a paraplanner (more on that in a second). But you'll also be front and centre when it comes to clients.

You'll often be the first port of call for them. You'll sit on meetings. You'll still be a paraplanner, but you won't just be sat behind the scenes writing reports.

When it comes to clients, you and the financial planner will be equals.

And when it comes to development you'll get new challenges all the time. This is a business where the average client has more than £700,000 invested. They have many millionaire clients. So you'll be working on complex planning cases that cover area of advice.

And the rewards are tangible. You'll get a salary of up to £55,000, reviewed on an annual basis. There's an annual bonus of 5-10% of salary. There's a good benefits package including PMI and DIS. And you'll be able to split your time working in the office and at home.

You'll have level 6 status (CII/LIBF/CISI) and a good level of paraplanning experience. You'll also have what it takes to spend an increased amount of time meeting with clients.

If you're not growing where you are, or at the end of the road, get in touch. Your future awaits.
