Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a key client of ours based in Sheffield, who are looking to bring on board a Business Support Administrator for a period of 6-12 months. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and have at least 1-2 years experience working in an office. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to design team and management when required Tracking of external supplier budgets Gather data for monthly, weekly, and daily reporting Document control Coordinating and filing of design project data, to include setting up of project files, distribution of data internally and externally, and tracking responses Answering of internal and external calls Raising purchase requisitions and reconciling invoices Booking meeting rooms and arranging hospitalityKey Skills: Communication skills Excellent communicator both written and verbal Proactive approach Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including excel Excellent attention to detailElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Customer Service positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
