We are looking for a Banquet Manager who is responsible for aiding in overseeing the operations and staff of banquets and restaurant of Snow King Resort to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency in the food and beverage department.

What you will have an opportunity to do:


Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities . As Jackson's largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and 85 vacation rentals (classic or luxury condos). 

Position Description & Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the budgetary objectives for banquets and communicating those objectives to the Food and Beverage Director.
  • Interview staff for key positions to maintain a high level of professionally trained staff.
  • Ensure accurate client billing systems to maximize highest possible revenue for the Hotel.
  • Control expenditures within budgetary guidelines.
  • Oversee and review all staffing programs within area of responsibility, to insure maximum guest satisfaction and stay with budgeted guidelines.
  • Responsible for the initial on-boarding and continuous training of all banquet staff.
  • Attend all meetings as required, including pre-cons, department head, etc.
  • Maintain open communication within the department and with other operation departments.
  • Ensure that all front and back of the house areas are maintained in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
