Become an Assistant Site Manager on a brand new residential project in Milton Keynes. The scheme consists of a traditional build development and you will be No.2 on site, assisting the Site Manager (No.1) throughout the project.

Duties

  • Reporting into the Site Manager
  • Work on internal or external packages
  • Support with inductions and toolbox talks
  • Work in line with company programmes with understanding of customer care
  • Ensure subcontractors work in line with programme and targets
  • Ensure the No.1 on site is made aware of any issues not rectified
  • Organise trades & labour and subcontractors
  • Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met
  • Ensure the on-site team are provided direction in terms of their responsibilities
  • Working in accordance with specifications and build programme
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
  • Monitor and drive through quality at all stages of the construction process
  • Ensure remedial work completed before occupation

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential build
  • SMSTS, CSCS
  • First Aid
