Radia has an exciting opportunity for a Application Support Level 1 to join our dynamic team!

The Application Support Level 1 primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Radia s physicians and staff. This support includes technical evaluation, installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Support for MS Windows, MS Office and all desktop applications, including the Radia Application Suite. Assists members of IT department with day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned.

This position will be located in Lynnwood, WA

Fully Competent:

Windows 10and later
Installation and configuration
Central Management systems
Patch Management
User Support and Training
MS Teams
Commodity desktop hardware (preferred Dell)
Commodity printing systems
Desktop Imaging

Preferred Knowledge of:

TCP/IP Networking Basics including VPNs
VoIP Phone Network Basics
E-mail through Exchange (IMAP)
Mobile Device Support (iOS and Android)
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
Microsoft Server 2016 and later
File Sharing
Print Services
Active Directory

Prior Experience:

Preferred two years experience supporting Windows and MS Office in a Windows Domain environment with a minimum of 40 systems.
Experience in support of healthcare in general, and radiology in specific, is preferred.
Desired certifications include CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or a combination of equivalent work experience and similar certifications.
A valid Washington State driver s license and car insurance is required.
