This is a part-time role offering up to 30 hours per week, and working hours can be worked around the school day if desired. Initially, you will be offered a 3-month contract, but this could become a permanent role for the right person. You will be working as an Admin Officer for one of the largest integrated wholesale markets in Europe that provide fresh produce to restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets and local retailers across the Midlands and Wales. As Admin Officer you will assist the board with general administrative functions including effective communication with the tenants and other key stakeholders and the development of social media. You may also be involved with taking minutes in meetings and working with Sage/Xero to help with bookkeeping. You will be required to ensure all administrative matters are dealt with effectively and meet the standard of governance agreed upon. You will provide secretarial and support services to the board and any board committees, supporting the GM in managing the board functions, ensuring agendas are issued, minutes produced and distributed in a timely fashion. You will also lead the development of social media, covering the website, and other social media, and investigating ways to increase the online presence and influence. To be successful you will need a strong background in general admin. Any experience working with social media and financial bookkeeping will be strongly advantageous
